Team Up for Sport Safety (TUFSS)

8:30 am – 4 pm

A passionate group of Korey Stringer Institute staff, ATs, physicians, legislators, ADs, NDHSAA and public health members met at Fargo North High School and discussed ways to prevent Sudden Cardiac Death, Emergency Action Plans, Heat Acclimatization, and Cold Water Immersion at the Secondary School level and our especially rural setting. We had input from different perspectives and different states. There are action steps in place to move forward with increasing sport safety! Be on the lookout for some round tables and town halls throughout the next year!
